How to map screener question answers to your ATS/CRM

So you've created some screener questions and added them to your jobs and getting some answers in, but how can you turn this data into something useful?

Question Mapping is the answer!

1. Log in to your Refari account and navigate to the Question Mapping by clicking on 'Tools' and then 'Question Mapping'

You will then see a full list of all the questions you have created in any/all the Screener question groups you have created on Refari or JobAdder. You will also see which jobs each question is currently assigned to.

In here you can MAP any answers to the candidate record or application record.

2. Click where it says 'Please select' for the relevant question and you will see a full list of all the fields that are available on the JobAdder candidate record. You can select one of these fields.

This means if a candidate completes the question during the screener question stage of the application, their answer will be mapped to the candidate record in JobAdder. This is a great way to complete more of the candidate record which can help you identify more suitable candidates quicker.
