Once you have created your questions you can then start grouping these into question sets. A question can be used in as many question sets as you wish.

If you have not created questions, here's an article showing you how

How to create screener questions in Refari

To get to Question sets, first we need to navigate to 'Question Config' via the' Tools' where we created the questions.

We then need to make sure we are on the 'Question Sets' tabs and then click on the + icon

We will then see the Question Set builder

Enter a set name: This is the name of the question set - this is just for your reference

Add a tag: This is VERY important. This tag will be used in the Job adverts to make these screener questions appear.

Set as default: If no question sets are added via a tag in the job description or via your ATS this question set will be added by default.

We can then select the question we want to appear in the question set. These do not have to be selected in order yet as we will be able to set this shortly.

Once you are happy with the set up you can then click on 'Save & Set Order' which allows us to drag and drop the questions in the order that we want.

It's always worthwhile clicking on 'Preview' so you can see what the candidate will see. When you are happy with the order, you can now click on 'Set Order' .

We can now see the Question setting has been saved.

When a job is now posted including the #MarketingQuestions, these questions will be presented to the candidate. However at the moment, this data will simply be lost as it's not being mapped to anywhere in the candidate record so we must do this before using the Question sets.

We can now move on to mapping answers to your ATS/CRM
