Here is a video taking you through the 6 most important things you and your team can do in Refari to get the best out of the product!

In order to get the best out of Refari there are 6 things you need to do!

We have listed them below in order of importance!

Job Adverts

Post all your job ad's to your website - if you have candidates with job alerts set up, then we want to make sure these candidates see the job adverts. The only way to achieve this is to make sure all job adverts are posted to your Refari job board.

        Job Alerts
Create specific Job Alerts for your candidates you want to keep informed about your roles going forward. These can be specific to keywords, locations, worktypes and more

        Candidate Status
Move your candidates through the application process in your ATS/CRM product! - Many recruiters forgets to do this, and as a result will be missing out on key communications that go out to your referral network. These communications are triggered when you move the candidate through the application process.

Socially share your roles! - The socialisation tool, has been designed to help you drive traffic to your website and your jobs. It's easy to use and can really help drive both your applications and candidate referrals!

        Direct Referrals

Log direct referrals - If someone referrers you a candidate, then you should log it to trigger a communication to that referrer. Show that referrer you take your referral process seriously, provide them with referral transparency and they will always think of you and your business when looking to refer candidates again in the future.

See this article here about how to do this with JobAdder

Use JobLinks for headhunting and email campaigns - sometimes your prospective candidates want to find out more about you and your role before putting their 'hat in the ring.' If you give them the opportunity to do so on your job board there are additional things they might want to do. They may end up browsing the rest of your jobs, referring a friend, or even creating their own job alert. An additional benefit of this technology is that you can measure the number of clicks on the link you generate and the number of applications generated from that too.
