Job Adverts

Post all your job ad's to your website - if you have candidates with job alerts set up, then we want to make sure these candidates see the job adverts. The only way to achieve this is to make sure all job adverts are posted to your Refari job board.


        Job Alerts
Create specific Job Alerts for your candidates you want to keep informed about your roles going forward. These can be specific to keywords, locations, worktypes and more

        Candidate Status
Move your candidates through the application process in your ATS/CRM product! - Many recruiters forgets to do this, and as a result will be missing out on key communications that go out to your referral network. These communications are triggered when you move the candidate through the application process.


     

       

        Socialisation
Socially share your roles! - The socialisation tool, has been designed to help you drive traffic to your website and your jobs. It's easy to use and can really help drive both your applications and candidate referrals!

        Direct Referrals

Log direct referrals - If someone referrers you a candidate, then you should log it to trigger a communication to that referrer.
