With the Refari job board widget now on your company website, you can start posting job adverts via JobAdder to appear on your website. You or your company representative will have been sent an email from Refari with details on how to link your preferred Job Board(s) to the Refari widget which will be required later on in the process.
First you need to log in to JobAdder where you will see this menu as shown below on the left hand side. You can then post a new job ad, re-post a job ad or post directly from a job within JobAdder. For the purposes of this article we are going to post a new Job Ad.
You need to hover over Job Ads and then click on ‘New Job Ad’ to get the process started.
Fill in the details that are relevant and then click on Continue. The fields of ‘Job Title’, ‘Reference’, ‘Short Description’ and ‘Job Description’ are mandatory JobAdder fields.
You will then be asked which board you wish to post this job to. Select at least one of the Job Boards that you have linked with Refari to make your jobs appear in your Jobs Widget on your website. Once you have selected the required boards, you can click on Continue.
The classifications tab is then displayed and making sure you choose the right category and sub category is important for future tasks such as candidates creating job alerts with keywords. All 5 fields are required here.
Clicking on continue with take you to the Preview tab where you can have one final look at the job advert before posting it. If you are happy you can click on ‘Post Now’ and your job advert will be live.
Looking at our Jobs Board widget on your website, you can see the job is now visible for candidates to see.
That’s it. Nice and simple and you have your jobs now coming to your Website.
