Screener Questions - What are they?

You should use Screener Questions!

When a candidate applies for a job via the Latest Jobs or Job Board, they will also see the Screener Questions if you have attached them to the job. How to create Screener Questions and attach them to a job

When a candidate applies for a job and clicks 'Apply Now' have filled in the mandatory fields (First Name, Last Name, Email and Resume' the Screener Questions will appear. 

The Screener Questions will look like this (with your own questions visible).

We only display 3 questions per page as to not overwhelm candidates with a long list of questions. 

When setting up your questions, you can decide whether the question is optional or mandatory and how it displays. You can also map these answers via Refari to the candidate record within JobAdder. This can be found here: How to Map Screener Questions in Refari to JobAdder candidate record
