Public & Private Replies to Testimonials

When you receive a comment or testimonial these will appear on your Ratings widget (if installed) and you are now able to reply to these. Even better though, is you can either reply publicly meaning the reply will also appear on the Ratings widget or privately and this reply will only be sent to the author of the feedback.

For this, you will need to be using TopRec (unsure what TopRec is, drop a support request and Aaron will get back to you)

To reply to the feedback received, you need to:

1. Log in to Refari and navigate to 'TopRec' and then 'TopRec Feedback'

You will then see a full list of Ratings, Testimonials & Comments left for your company. 

To reply, simply click on a testimonial or comment you wish to reply to and you will see the following:

We can then decide to reply to this with a public response and/or a private response. You can do both!  It's also at this stage you can ask the author to leave this review on Facebook or Google.

You must remember to submit each one or they will not be sent

When you have submitted you will be able to see some more details about who sent the reply and when and for the public response you are also able to edit or delete it now or at a later date.

On the Ratings widget itself, this reply will also be visible. Let's have a look.
