What TopRec communications are sent and when?

1.  A Feedback request is sent to the Candidate after a primary interview with a Recruiter

Recipient: The Candidate

Trigger: This is sent as a result of you moving a Candidate through to a stage in your recruitment process that has been set as a  TopRec trigger in your
TopRec Settings

When: This communication gets queued to be sent immediately, however, this may not actually be delivered to the candidate until a time later in the day because this type of communication is send-time-optimised.

Type of feedback left: A Rating of 1-5 stars potentially with a Comment

2. A Feedback request is sent to the Candidate after a client/hiring manager interview

Recipient: The Candidate

Trigger: Same as the last communication, this is sent as a result of you moving a Candidate through to a stage in your recruitment process that has been set as a TopRec trigger in your
TopRec Settings

WhenLike the first communication this one gets queued to be sent immediately, however, this may not actually be delivered to the candidate until a time in the day because this type of communication is send-time-optimised.

Type of feedback left: A Rating of 1-5 stars potentially with a Comment

3. A Feedback request is sent to the Candidate and the Hiring Manager upon a placement being made.

Recipient: The Candidate and The Hiring Manager

Trigger: Same as the last communication this is sent as a result of you moving a Candidate through to a stage in your recruitment process that has been set as a  TopRec trigger in your TopRec Settings

When: Like the first communication this one gets queued to be sent immediately, however, this may not actually be delivered to the candidate until a time later in the day because this type of communication is send-time-optimised.

Type of feedback left: A Rating of 1-5 stars potentially with a Comment if the review is 1-4 Stars, however, TopRec will look to convert them to a Testimonial if they leave you 5 stars.

4. A testimonial follow up request if a Rating is 5 stars at the Placement stage and no testimonial is submitted

Recipient: The Candidate and The Hiring Manager

Trigger: A Rating of 5 Starts is left but no testimonial was written and submitted.

When: Two days after the 5 star rating was left.

Type of feedback left: A testimonial, because the Rating was already submitted.
