Jargon used in TopRec

In TopRec we have Ratings, Comments and Testimonials.... In everyday life, some of these terms get used interchangeably. This article is designed to add some clarity to the use of each feedback term within the TopRec product.

Rating: A 1-5 Star score provided via either feedback or review

Comment: Written feedback provided by a candidate or client at any stage. For example for all written feedback for 1-5 star Ratings at the Internal Interview and External Interview stages, and all written feedback for 1-4 star Ratings at the Placement stage of the TopRec feedback process.

Testimonial: A publicly posted summary provided by a candidate or client in conjunction with a 5-star rating at the placement stage.

Review: A generic term that encompasses Ratings, Comments and Testimonials

Here is a video explaining these differences with a little more context
