What do we mean by trigger?


A trigger is the stage in the candidate life cycle that causes an email to be sent off to your client.

There are effectively three stages that we need to set triggers for:


Internal Interview

External Interview

Placement Made


One important thing to note is that we want these communications to be triggered after stage has happened, this is because we are collecting feedback about said stage. This means that typically we would select a trigger which indicates that the stage we want to collect feedback for has already occurred.
