How to edit your team members profiles

If you are a company admin you are able to log in to your team member profiles to edit them how you see fit.




It's very easy, simply log in to your own account and navigate to your Dashboard and then to Company Users



Click on the name of the team member whose profile you wish to edit and a right hand popup will appear.  For this example , I have selected 'Ian Acholt'



You can then click on 'Sign In As'



You will then be signed in as the company user in question. You can see this by looking in the top left hand corner where it will say 'Company admin is signed in as 'Name of Company user'



You can now click on Settings and Account profile and edit their account profile like you were editing your own.



Our recent update means as soon as you make a change in an account profile, it will automatically save it without the need to save changes by clicking on a button. 


Once you have made the changes you want, you must click 'Logout' so you log out of the team members profile. 

You will no longer see the 'Company admin is signed in as' in the top left when you have logged out successfully. You can then do this for any other recruiters you want to.
