Sending manual job alerts to candidates has just got easier with our Job Alert template feature!

It's possible that when sending a Job Alert suggestion to a candidate the accompanying message that you want to send will always be the same. With this in mind, you could create a Job Alert Suggestion Template.

To do this, navigate to your Refari Dashboard and click on Tools and then on Create Job Alert

We will then see the option for creating a Job Alert for a candidate. We need to click on 'Create Job Alert Suggestion Template'

We will now see the following:

Although you or your admin users may not have not created any templates, there will already be 8 (at the time of writing) System templates already available (created by the Refari team).

There are 3 types of Templates - Personal, Company and System Templates

You can now create a new template which could be from scratch here by entering your content.

You could preview the email by clicking 'Preview Email' or save it by clicking 'Save As Template'

If you are an admin user, you will be asked whether this is a Personal or Company Template. Remember, Personal templates will only be available to you, Company Templates will be available for everyone in your company.

Give the Template a name and click save.

Your new template will now appear in the list of Templates.

Next time you go to create a Job Alert for a candidate you can click on 'Load Message Template' and choose the template

Your previously created template will now be copied into the message section

You can now click send and that Job Alert with the content will be sent! Here's what this candidate would receive.
