A dynamic referral reward is a reward that is set up to reference the worth of a given role to your business.

This means that roles which are worth more can automatically present a higher referral reward to incentivise more referrals for that role.

There are 4 different types of referral awards and they are:

Manual - this is where you manually decide for each/any job the Referral reward.

Percentage - this is where you offer a percentage of the expected fee as the Referral reward. These are the Dynamic Referral Reward Fees and the higher value jobs create higher Referral rewards.

Worktype - this is where you define a Referral reward based on the Worktype (Casual, Contract/Temp, Part-Time and Permanent/Full Time

Default Agency Reward - this is where you define a default for when the above are not applicable.

The above is also the order of priority when it comes to which Referral reward is selected.

So how do we set these up?

Login to your Refari account via Refari.co

Using the menu on the left hand side, click on Settings and then Company Settings.

Scroll down until you get to 'Default Reward Fee'

We can then enter any/all of the above to complete 3 of the above 4 groups.

To set a manual reward fee for any job you can check out this article:

Remember the order of priority when it comes to Reward Fees!
