A referrer is any user or contact who refers you candidates. Different businesses focus on different types of referrers, here are some examples to help you.

1. A candidate who applied for a job might not be perfect for the job but knows someone who is, this is a great time to convert this candidate to a referrer.

2. Referrals between recruiters is a thing, the only difference now is Refari makes this traceable and completely transparent.

3. Most Businesses have an Alumni and many leave on good terms. These Alumni can be made advocates of your business and you can incentivise them to refer you candidates who fit the types of jobs you recruit for.

4. Your contact book regardless of size can be turned into 'mini recruiters' who are working out in the companies that you recruit for!
