Who you are billed for on Refari (and who is free)

Created by Aaron Refari, Modified on Wed, 10 Jun at 7:20 AM by Aaron Refari

This article explains who you are billed for on Refari and who takes part for free, so you can see exactly who makes up your monthly subscription.

Who you are billed for

You are billed for your Company Users. A Company User is anyone you set up with a company role on your account: a Company Admin, a Company Manager, or a Company Member. Billing follows the role you assign, not who the person is, so this applies to anyone you give one of those roles, whether they are part of your own team or someone you have brought in to help run your account. You are only billed for the Refari products you choose to use.

Who uses Refari for free

The people your team works with through Refari are not billed, however many of them there are. That includes the candidates who apply to your roles, the people who refer them, and the hiring managers and others you share candidates with for review. They take part in your hiring without being added as a Company User.

Billing follows the role, not the person. Someone takes part for free until you give them a company role. From that point, they become a Company User and are included in your subscription.

What makes up your bill

Your monthly subscription is made up of the Refari products your Company Users are set up with, along with any additional items agreed in your contract, such as a recruitment website or related services. Your exact rates and the items on your plan are set out in your contract, and we will always give you notice before any pricing changes. The pricing calculator on our website is a good way to estimate costs.
