Why Can't I Delete ATS-linked Users from Refari?
Understanding Our User Management Policy
Introduction
In the early days of Refari, we allowed some flexibility in managing user accounts, including deletions. However, we soon observed that this flexibility was exploited by some clients, who significantly underreported their need for user licenses. This misuse threatened our business model, which is essential for our growth alongside our clients.
The Establishment of a Strict Policy
As a result, since 2020, we have required that any users added to your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) must also be included in your Refari billing. The only way to remove a user from Refari is by deleting them from your ATS. This policy ensures that our pricing remains fair and stable across all clients.
Why This Policy?
- Fair Pricing: By aligning user management directly with the ATS, we eliminate discrepancies that could unfairly distribute costs among clients.
- Revenue Integrity: This policy secures our revenue model, supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of Refari.
- Preventing Misuse: Requiring that all ATS users are also Refari users blocks any potential for system manipulation to reduce costs.
Mutual Growth Model
Our revenue model is directly tied to the size of your business—when your business grows, so does our revenue; conversely, if your business contracts, our revenue decreases. This structure directly incentivizes us to support your business growth actively. We are committed to being partners in your success, providing tools and services that help expand your operations.
Considerations for Specific Roles
We understand roles like accountants, payroll managers, and administrators are crucial to your operations and are included in your ATS. Excluding these users from billing would necessitate an increase in costs for other users, which would impact overall fairness and transparency in pricing.
Commitment to Stability
We have maintained our prices since 2021, adhering to our commitment to transparency and stability. Our policies are designed to support a straightforward and fair billing model, closely aligning with the functionality and user management of your ATS.
