Whilst the 'detailed location' is not visible to candidates on your job board it is used for some third-party job boards that require more detailed location data, for example (but not limited to) LinkedIn and Indeed.
In Jobadder this is collected from the Job that is associated with the Job Advert. If this information is missing or contradictory to your simple location data presented on your job board then these third-party job boards may either list an incorrect location on your job advert or not list your job advert at all.
