To add extra security to your logins you can set up 2FA on your accounts.
The option to set up 2FA is only visible after a Refari Admin team member turns this on. Please contact the team if you wish this to be turned on!
NOTE: You will need an Authenticator app on your phone to complete the process.
Company Admin can decide whether 2FA is enabled for Admin and Managers or whether it's enabled for everyone including Company Users.
To set up your 2FA, go to Settings and then Account Settings.
You will now see the 'Two-factor authentication (2FA)' section
Click on Setup to start the process.
You will then have to enter your phone number for verification and then click send.
A Refari OTP (One time password) verification code will be sent to mobile number
Enter your OTP and you will be able to click Verify. You will then need to open your Authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR Code. Scanning the code will Refari to your authetication app. You then need to enter the authentication number on your phone into the section shown below.
When completed you will see the following success message.
Your 2FA details will now be visible and you can edit these at any time
From now on, when logging in you will also be required to enter your authenticator app code each time you log in.
