How do I create a direct link to the refer a friend popup?

When you click on Refer A Friend on your Job Board a popup comes up showing the following:

If however you want to send a direct link to the popup which you may use for example in an email campaign then all you need to do is add /?referfriend to the end of your Job Board URL 

Example

If your Job Board URL is: www.myrecruitmentcompany/jobboard then the direct link will be www.myrecruitmentcompany/jobboard/?referfriend

Your candidates will then be taken directly to the Refer a Friend popup
