If a TopRec review is allocated to an incorrect team member you may request that it be manually allocated to that correct team member by sending a support ticket to support@refari.co, but, this is only true if the review was received in the last 5 days!
Why the 5-day limit? - To ensure TopRec reviews stand for something we have to ensure the Ratings are not deleted or 'lost' without a specific request from the reviewer. The 5-day limit is to ensure that old reviews are not offloaded to an employee exiting the business as a way of artificially inflating the scores of remaining team members.
