Some users such as Finance Managers or MD's may need access to Refari but do not/should not be included in the Gamification as their roles may mean they do not complete many/any of the required tasks to generate points. If these users are included in the Gamification, they will continue to be presented as bottom of the table each month on the Gamification Leaderboard.
Opting a user out is very quick and easy to do.
Navigate to Refari.co and login.
Click on Dashboard and then Recruiters. All members of staff who have a Refari account will be registered as a Recruiter.
You will now see the full list of all recruiters registered with a Refari account from your agency. Click on the user you are wanting to turn the Gamification off for.
On the right hand side you will see the user details and the toggles for Gamification and TopRec (ask Aaron for more details if you are not a TopRec user). Simply switch the Gamification option to off (left) and you are done. That user will not be included in subsequent Gamification emails and Leaderboards.
