What is a JobLink?
JobLink is simply a link which we can track, we see how many clicks you get on the link, how many applications and so on.
On both the Latest Jobs and Jobs Board if you are logged into your Refari account you will be able to see the 'link' icon as shown below and clicking on this link will copy it for you to your clipboard.
You will see this popup in the bottom right hand corner when the link is copied
These links can then be shared as part of your approach to new candidates via email, social media and other suitable methods. Not all the channels of sharing this content will show the preview image, but for those that do we make sure the preview image is on brand to help you with your conversion rate.
You can then keep track of the number of clicks on a given JobLink in your SmartLink section on your Refari dashboard.
