What are Query Strings

Query Strings are part of the URL that define filters. Essentially when you apply a filter or search for a word in Refari, a Query string is added.

Let's first navigate to the Candidates page: https://app.refari.co/dashboard/candidates-info/ 

Here's an example of a candidate called Jacob Graham 

As you can see we have entered jacob in the search field and the above URL has now changed. It now reads https://app.refari.co/dashboard/candidates-info/?search=jacob&page=1

Now, if we sent this link to anyone who has access to Refari (from the same company) the filtered page would automatically be shown. Sending Query strings is much quicker than sending instructions on how to get the page and what to search/filter.

Query Strings are now available on: Candidates, Candidate Ads, Candidate Events, Company Users, Smartlinks, Jobs, Job Ads, Activity, Communications, Question Config.
