Socialise Schedule

Now this is cool!

Want to set up a socialisation for when you are out of the office or not able to access your website?

You can now schedule your socialisations.

During the socialisation process , you can now see the 'Schedule' button.

Upon clicking the button, you will then be able to choose a time and a date (note: You can't pick previous days - we are not yet able to time-travel)

Let's click on the date and choose a date in the future and click ok.

We can now click on Time and choose a time. Remember to make sure you have AM or PM selected. 

Once you have selected a time and a date, you must either click on Confirm or Cancel. Confirm will confirm the time and date and allow you to click Share or click cancel which will remove the schedule time and date.

Let's choose confirm and now we can confirm scheduled post. You are also able to edit or delete it at this stage if you want to change the schedule time/date or delete it completely.

To check your scheduled posts, you can go to Smartlinks

You can then hover over the icons as shown below to see more details about the Schedule

Blue icon = Scheduled

Green icon = Posted

Red Icon = Failed (we hope you will never see this)

If the icon is blue, you are also able to edit the schedule time and date. Click on the icon to see a popup

Choose the new time and date and click confirm and the new time and date will be saved.
