In this article, we'll guide you through the manager emails section of your company settings. This feature allows you to set up various email addresses for different purposes, ensuring that the right people receive the right communications.

1. Referral Email

   - Purpose: Receive communications about successful referrals

   - Default: Sent to the recruiter associated with the job

   - Use case: Designate a specific team member as the point of contact for referrals

2. Job Advert Expiry Email

   - Default: Sent to the recruiter who posted the job advert

   - Use case: Inform administrators or recruitment operations staff responsible for reposting job adverts

3. Finance Email

   - Typical format: accounts@yourbusiness.com or finance@yourbusiness.com

   - Content: Includes paid invoices and notifications of successful payments

4. Registration Email

   - Purpose: Receive notifications when someone registers with your business

   - Typical format: hello@companyname.com, candidates@companyname.com, or info@companyname.com

   - Use case: Define where registration notifications are sent

5. Application Email

   - Purpose: Create a communal inbox for all job applications

   - Note: This is in addition to the default setting where applications go to the responsible recruiter

6. TopRec Manager Email

   - Purpose: Receive updates about your business's reputation on TopRec

   - Content: Notifications about one-star and five-star ratings, overall summaries of business reputation

7. Candidate Inquiry Email

   - Purpose: Create a communal inbox for inquiries about candidates on your talent board

   - Similar to the application email, but for talent board inquiries

8. Talent Alert Contact Email

   - Purpose: Receive inquiries when someone can't find a suitable candidate on your talent board

   - Use case: Allow potential clients to reach out for specific candidate searches

To manage these email settings:

1. Go to your company settings

2. Navigate to the "Emails" tab

3. Enter up to three email addresses for each category as needed

By properly configuring these manager emails, you can ensure that the right team members receive relevant communications, streamlining your recruitment processes and improving overall efficiency.
