Manager emails and their use cases

To access these fields you need to be an agency admin and then you will be able to access and edit the 6 Manager type emails: 

Referral
Job 
Finance
Registration

Application email

TopRec manager 


Each of these fields can be used to direct emails to a particular email address, because they are in charge of that area of business.


Referral Manager - This email address will receive all communications about successful referrals.

Job Manager - This email address will receive all communications about job ads expiring.

Finance Manager - This email address will receive all communications about billing and payments. As well as copies of your paid invoices. 


Registration Manager - This email address will receive all communications about candidate registrations.


Application email - Can be used as a communal inbox for all applications if required. 


TopRec manager - Will receive notifications of all 5-star reviews and testimonials as well as being alerted to 1 or 2 star reviews. 



How to find these emails is very simple - remember you need to be an agency admin 


Login to your Refari account via Refari.co



Then click on Settings and then Company Settings.



Scroll down and about halfway down you will see the Manager Emails section. 



Once you have entered the emails that you wish to receive these emails (these can all be all different and you do not have to set an email for each Manager email) click on update and you will see this popup.



That's it, all subsequent emails will be sent to the relevant email address.
