Manage Job Distribution to XML Feeds

Created by Liam Dye, Modified on Tue, 30 Jul at 3:47 PM by Aaron Dye

Refari allows you to control how your job advertisements are distributed across various aggregators, including popular platforms like LinkedIn company pages. This feature gives you the flexibility to customize where your job postings appear, ensuring you have full control over your recruitment strategy.

Managing Job Distribution

Refari offers a powerful feature that allows you to opt jobs out of specific feeds. This is particularly useful when you want to post a job advert to your job board but don't want it to appear on certain platforms.

How to Use the Feature

  1. Navigate to the "Job Ads" tab in your Refari dashboard.
  2. Click on the specific job ad you want to manage.
  3. Look for the "Manage Job Distribution" button.
  4. Click on this button to access distribution settings.

Customizing Distribution

  • You'll see a list of bulk feeds for various third-party platforms.
  • For each feed, you can choose whether you want your job to be included or excluded.
  • Simply check or uncheck the box next to each feed to make your selection.
  • Click "Save" to apply your changes.

Important Notes

  • After making changes, it may take some time for third-party platforms to reflect these updates.
  • Aggregators collect jobs from feeds periodically, so the removal of a job from a specific platform isn't instantaneous.
  • Once an aggregator re-collects the jobs from the updated feed, your changes will be reflected on their website.

This feature provides you with greater control over your job postings, allowing you to tailor your recruitment strategy to specific platforms and audiences.
